CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT AN ORDER?

- You can edit or cancel the order within 12 hours after the purchase.


WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER ?

- We strive to shipped within 3 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS. However, as with any business, sometimes problems arise and processing can take as many as 10 business days. we will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us for an explanation before leaving negative feedback.
We will do our best to work out any problems.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
T-Shirts,Mugs,Phone Case items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
For other specialty and some items such as pendants, rings or action figures, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

we will our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping location.

 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.



WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM ?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
